Roasted in Switzerland using centuries-old Swiss process by illy cafe, Cafe Bel Etage is a perfect blend of science and poetry, where the spectrum of complex aromas are released in every bean. We proudly serve illy caffe in all of our espresso drinks. We also resell illy espresso and coffee beans for home use. Founded in 1933 by Francesco Illy, illycaffe produces and sells a unique blend of high quality coffee made from 9 types of pure Arabica beans. A careful balance of ingredients from South and Central America, India and Africa creates the unmistakable illy flavor: always identical in any espresso cup, wherever it is drunk around the world.
Illy ground espresso coffee is finely grounded to provide optimal extraction with espresso machines that accept ground, tamped coffee. It’s available in two roasts as well as decaffeinated. Choose medium roast for smooth, perfectly balanced taste, dark roast for a stronger, more robust flavor and decaf for the same flavor as medium roast without the caffeine.
Dilettante provides us with caramel sauce for all our French Caramel specialty drinks. Also, the dark, bittersweet chocolate used in the Bella Mocha’s is from Dilettante. Dilettante has been around for more than 100 years now and always has provided us with excellent products.

With handwritten recipes from their hometown of Lucca, Italy, Rinaldo and Ezilda Torree introduced Torani syrups to the North Beach neighborhood of San Francisco in 1925. Mixing their syrup recipes with sparkling water, the Torres introduced the classic Italian soda to local cafes, and soon began mixing, blending and selling Torani Syrups from their Italian wholesale grocery.
Essenza Creme de Cocoa is used to make our Caffe Mochas. Essenza is small company located in Seattle. They pride themselves in selling the “essence of Italy” in all their syrups by blending different flavors to create a unique taste.
